What holds them back is him being a rookie.
And yeah he can get the experience he needs.
As he's doing it his knowledge of defenses, blitzes, protections, fronts, and coverages will increase and as that increases the OL will be more solid.
A lot of what's being blamed on the OL right now, IMO, is actually the qb.
