for as many big plays as Keenum is making, the Rams are still 29th in scoring. So they make a big play and then stall out. Maybe not keenum's fault, maybe not the OLs fault, maybe not the other skill position guys' fault, but it is someone's fault. You cannot be 29th in ppg without week in and week out having breakdowns. More breakdowns then success'. And that is the problem I have with this coaching staff. Specifically Snead and Fisher, because if you want to blame Britt, you have to blame the 2 that signed him in free agency. Or just Fisher for not stomping out laziness and/or bad habits.
I have said it before and I will say it again, Keenum has his faults, but at the end of the day, its not all Keenum's fault the Rams are losing. And I have serious reservations that Goff would be anything other then a mess.
But then I was on record before the draft saying Goff would be a ways from being ready, if at all this year.
I assume they have improved since the 1st 2 games and that, therefore, the next set of games gives you a clearer picture of them.
Factoring it that way, it's 22.2 points a game, which would be ranked 18th. Which (if you accept this metric) is of course better than 29th.
