And the demographic is of course female in this case.
And the point was why Breast Cancer? Out of all terrible, life threatening, widespread diseases why would the NFL choose Breast Cancer? A disease that is unique to only 1 sex (and yes I am aware that in extremely rare cases men can get Breast Cancer).
What's wrong with Prostate Cancer awareness week?
Why aren't you or anyone else screaming about how sexist it is of the NFL to promote a cure for a female disease, but no special week to fight a male disease?
I'll tell you why. Because if they DID have Prostate Cancer awareness weak, every feminist and women's libber would go apoplectic and call the NFL sexist.
Once you start down this road, as Goodell did, it will turn into a quagmire.
They need to get rid of any of these stuff that....as I said......plays to a particular political party or demographic.
It's fine for advertisers to do that.......but not the "product" itself.
Admittedly, that is just my perspective. But I have a hunch I'm not alone.
