Austin Davis earned his spot on this roster a few years ago, by playing great against the 3s of the other guys. So has Mannion. It's certainly BETTER than if Mannion had stunk it up, but a good preseason showing only says he's not horrible or lost. Good for Mannion, but I'm glad we've got Keenum in front of him.
Mannion's a little insurance policy, to my eyes.
