Mike Silver said the Rams are still concerned that Goff is still throwing too many INTs to the scout team, but they say he's getting better and will be comfortable if he has to go in the game.

Some Rams coaches cited his age, 21 and that Wentz will be 24 soon, while Goff will only be 22 in a few weeks. They said thats a significant difference in development. And that they could see if you needed someone to start now Wentz would be considered the better option but that they were looking beyond the right now.
