Well it's impossible to know that. To know if there's a sight adjustment at all you would have to know the original play and then what the variation was given what the defense did.
And it's especially impossible to know if Goff knows that stuff as well yet, but it's the much safer assumption that he doesn't.
There's nothing that's possible to see either way that would answer the things I posed. That's the whole point.
