Goff was not highly touted by only the Rams... but by nearly everyone, that I heard 'chime' in on him anyway. Watching his hi-lights this was very obvious to me... he made plays work, and he did that using a lot more tools than Keenum uses - one of which was 'spotting the open man'.
That's one of the reasons I keep suggesting that Goff, and I think Mannion as well, while certainly making mistakes whould they step into the starters role... most likely more than Keenum, they would also bring a whole arsenal of new talent that would more than override AND overcome those mistakes, IMHO.
Obviously, to me anyway, I'm not suggesting 'rushing' anyone... but I can't wait for the change... that I can't deny. - JamesJM
