I would imagine the league overall isn't that much different, but an interesting Rams' stat (to me):
Under Fisher, when Rams' QBs have a QB rating above 80.0 and throw fewer than 40 passes in a game the Rams are 24-7-1. In all other games they are 5-30.
Throw the ball reasonably effectively- and not too much- and you win....
Another interesting thing.
W/Ls when they have these 3 things.
a relatively healthy OL
a running threat
a starting qb who has not melted down (or, lacking that, Keenum)
(Or a qb who can still play effectively behind a messed up OL, but those are not very common.)Total games that fit that?
Well it depends on whether you count Foles's 1st 4 games, while he was still okay.
I will. So. The total games that fit that = 23. Out of 67.
Their record in those 22 games? 13-9-1
That's:
Nameless One = 6-4-1
Foles = 2-2
Keenum = 4-3
In the other 44 games? Where 1 or 2 of those ingredients is missing? 16-28.
