~ Aaron Donald - Got blown off the ball a couple of times and ran past another.
I noticed when I watched the game again today... for what ever reasons he was thinking about defending his ping-pong Title not the normal AD
What plays? He never got blown off the ball. Not even close. Saw him standing up guards, read a screen with perfect diagnosis and almsot caught the RB from behind . . . would love to know what plays you didn't like.
Easley, on the TD pass by Prescott, was excellent, quick off the ball, good hands, was a hair late, bit knocked the QB down. On the sack by Westbrooks, Easley did good job on spider drop. In 3rd Q he was excellent but it was mismatch, he was clearley better than whoever Dallas had to block him
Just let me know what plays by either of them was not up to snuff. They both played well.

red mine were in blue. I will let him answer your question on AD getting blown of the ball a couple times to what ever details you are looking for..
My comments are in blue and my statement on AD was more of my expectations because of the first game back in LA... Meaning to me that AD wasn't 100% himself and possibly not going all out like it counted.
My statement was more of defending AD as in maybe his mind was more on defending his ping-pong Title.. going through the motions, working on technique etc.. A figure of speech because I always expect him to wreck havoc and blow up double teams and get to the ball or qb..
It is only one game and I'm not worried one inkling about AD and I doubt anyone else is. I also expected more from Goff having pocket presence to feel the pressure coming from the sacks but he's not there yet after a limited number of snaps against live bullets.
Half the reason he was drafted was his ability to sense pressure and move out of harms way. I'm hoping to see this ability of his a couple times by the 3rd preseason game.. Go figure it will be against the mighty Broncos defense on the road in the 3rd preseason game if Fisher has the balls to start him that game...
