Who was on this board until.... oh, maybe 10 years ago? It's the photo with 3 guys... Troy in the middle wearing #13 and I "THINK" it's RFL on the right as you're looking at the photo. I'm sure he's still a Ram fan, wherever he is today. He was from Minnesota and he and I became great friends because he and I had shared the torture of losing to the Vikes so often back in the 70's. He could feel my pain, I could feel his. 
I've never forget having to face the Vikes in the playoffs in the '99 season.... RFL and I were basket cases. 
Before it was decided it would be Ram's vs Vikes RFL and I were praying, "Anyone but the Vikes". When that game was determined it made me physically ill....
I thought, at the time of that '99 matchup, that was the most painful anticipation I would ever feel as a Ram fan... but then came.... Rams vs Niners for the NFC Championship. I can't even BEGIN to describe to you the pain I was in while waiting to face the Niners in that game. It didn't feel anything like a 'game'.... it felt more like the very existence of the Rams, for all eternity, was riding on that game. And frankly... even my own existence was on the line.
