I figure, at this point he's a 700-800 yard guy, though as someone pointed out, if he'd been healthy he'd have cracked 1000.
Part of his drop off is obviously injuries, the other part being Stafforf looking to Puka first.
Assuming he plays 12-15 games next season, he could be a real boon to a young QB who needs to build confience, or an established QB that need a 8-10 yard sure-handed chain mover.
I think the opinion that we'll get nothing stems from our past history of underselling players and that we've pretty much shown our hand that we want rid of him and will accomodate his wishes.
Personally I don't think we'll get any offers because it's obvious that we'll have to cut him and we don't want to pay his mid-march roster bonus.
Sure but teams that might want him, I’m sure there are a few, will risk losing him if he is free to pick and choose where he wants to go….
I think we may get a 4th and a future pick from some team that has the cap space and the need for a player like Kupp…
Just last year he had a 14 catch game to open the year after we lost Puka…. The dude can still play, I think a new team will rejuvenate him.
He seemed so depressed the last month with the Rams…..it was really kind of weird how all the sudden he was getting 1-4 targets.
