At what cost?? We are seeing Pay Per View squeaked in more n more. Fans are played like fiddles for Cable Sports packages. HUGE games are all Prime Time and ending at Midnight (NOT good for future fandom. Young kids crashed by halftime)
Now this "piece of the pie" BS has found its way to NCAA and is a HOT MESS! It is straight up RUINING College Ball. Even Saban and Kirby Smart have said so.
I LOVE LOVE LOOOOOOOOOOVE going to NCAA and NFL games. I'm one of those fans who says screw the weather..Hot, Cold or wet. I wanna be there. I can afford MAYBE 2 games a year, if I buy more than 2 tickets. Last time I bought six tickets was for the Rams / Jags game here in Jacksonville, in 2017. THAT was like planning, financially, for a small Vacation.........for ONE game.
Like I said, I'm all for making money. It is the American way. But the gluttony of it all ...speaking for myself.....is choking the life out of fans.
