I think it's BS to demand $$$$$$$ before you set foot through the door. Is it a dangerous job? Hell yeah! But so is a Firefighter, Cop, Miner, and the countless other jobs that kill you with stress...Teachers! ALL require some sort of education and some sort of PROOF you can do the job??? Tell me ANYWHERE that pays a decent wage that does not.
I get the whole argument ...."Well, they aren't making what the BILLIONARE Owners make". Nope. But I bet most Owners started fairly low and WORKED to the top.
