Oh I agree, that EDGE is a real need, probably the #1 Team need...
But Dotson, no doubt resigning him would be great!!.....he was a awesome addition to the OL
But @ 16 million plus....imo take a pass
That puts him top 5 or so in Guard pay....
To much risk paying a G ,who just played at a high level for just his contract year....that eats up to much cap space
imo opinion it's all about building a TEAM roster within a hard cap & the RAMS have multiple needs
Paydays like that, the RAMS should spend on CB, Edge, LT, maybe even a WR (Kupp health?).....
Another 2nd/3nd round draft pick for the OL (like Avila) wouldn't bother me a bit....
