Rams are one of the leaders in comp picks. They have consistently had a younger rosters. You get comp picks when you develop players and they go and sign with other teams.

I would say over the last 2 years they have focused more on win how than on developing young talent as they were in a win now mode. Now we have shifted and are building a young core for the future. While 42-0 really sucks it is a meaningless game with no game planning, and the bottom of the roster playing for the last few spots. Let's not over react now but wait and see how things go when the real games start.

McVay didn't all the sudden become stupid and lazy so now is time to chill out and wait so see what we have this year.
