But if you don't think for one second that McVay isn't "hands on" and working with the offense giving his "tips" to the players and it isn't helping "develop" those players, I think you are sadly mistaken.
We have all seen the clips of McVay playing DB during practices and you know that isn't all he is doing. If McVay was a "leave it up to my staff" guy he wouldn't do that type stuff, IMO.
