Exactly right. If tanking was the goal then we'd let the late round draft picks and I drafted guys play. Experienced vets only makes it more likely that you win more games.

How many more "wins" do you think these guys they added will be responsible for RR?

Don't get me wrong. I like JJ3 and some of the other additions but there is a reason they were available for as little as we paid. IMO, they might keep us from going win less but they aren't going to take us to the playoffs either.

Maybe it would've been better to just play the scrubs and get a better Draft pick next year? That measly one or two additional wins they MIGHT get us might just be enough for us to miss out on a really good player next year.
