Goff might be looked at as a bridge QB who covered a couple seasons while Detroit began their rebuild. People acting like Goff has proven something in Detroit but he has not. We knew he can play when he's got good protections and weapons around him.
Will he win anything with them? We will see. But I think there is a good chance he is the same guy and that he crumbles under the pressure of expectations, which he will need to deal with this season.
And if he crumbles guess what: they drafted his replacement this year.
