I wonder how he feels about Morris's ability to "coach up" these new young guns or his ability or willingness to come up with a better scheme than the Charmin Shell?

IMO, having Aubrey Pleasant back plus Jimmy Lake as Assistant HC, hoping Morris leans on them for the secondary with hope the pass rush improves too making the scheme overall better.

As for the "pass rush" improving, it's really hard to generate any pass rush at all when your DB's are lined up 10 yards from the line of scrimmage and back peddle at the snap too!

IMO, the Morris soft shell negates a big part of out pass rush, regardless of who the players or coaches are. IMO, the scheme will have to change for us to see a better pass rush.
