The OTC projected Right of First Refusal tender is $2,992,000. Cam would be protected by a draft pick equivalent to where he was drafted right? He was drafted in the 2nd round, so a right of refusal tender offers a 2nd round pick compensation if he is tendered at Right of first and he signs elsewhere, right?
The OTC projected Second Round tender is $4,901,000 but the Rams won't need to go that route, right?
