I don't think it's narrow minded at all because it's a serious need. It just isn't a strength in the draft.
I have I think 6 interior linemen in the top 2 round grades and 12 CBs. And most of the IL is toward the bottom of round 2. Most of the OTs are not left OTs, but I do have 5 of those in the first two rounds. And 3 of those guys may be OGs ...
The only asterisk I have is Jaelyn Duncan... he could play inside this year if Boom plays well or move outside when ready because he's a serious athlete that needs coaching. And we could likely land him trading down.
We have a first round pick next year and I'm thinking OT.
Also? This is the first time I don't have a player worthy of a top 5 pick. I know 3 QBs will likely go top 5, maybe 4, but 0 people earned a top 5 grade from me. I am not sure any of these QBs will have a second contract.
I think the Rams brass knows that we can make the playoffs and be competitive as is ... looking at 2024 being the last likely shot for Stafford at a ring. So how are they looking at this draft as a result?
I feel like they covet Hyatt and Johnston the WRs secretly.
