He was a bad fit in the Staley/Morris defense, but with that in mind, the guy had a knack for INT's, averaging 2 a year and was tied for the team lead with Ramsey with 4 picks in 2021.
He was the kind of player that's just good enough to make coordinators keep thinking "This will be the year..."
and Morris continued it.
So, you assessment is fair because you included the origin of when it happened and not single out
one guy "100% on Morris"
That's the difference is reason and obession.
That is why a tiny few cannot ever learn the truth. The post about
one guy over and over, hundreds of hate-filled mockery.
99% of people in this thread are reasonable and fair, and seeking answers
and discussion about a player we all thought would be good.
1% want to blame at hate--which is not you.
Now, going forward, it will be interesting to see how the Bills use him. They play cover-2 a lot.
They don't have a "box" safety either...it's not that different than the Fangio look.
yes, plenty of differences but if he starts - he's not going to be near the line of scrimmage
and the other guys deep. Both safeties will do both.
Bills may not like what they see.
