Cap allocation was out of balance.
Certain asst coaches were not up to snuff.
Some players weren’t playing up to their salary.
And McVay badly wanted to get back to having a top O while Stafford can still play.
There’s gonna be some growing pains in all 3 phases if only because of the injection of youth, but I bet we see 100% effort from the guys brought in. What fan doesn’t love seeing great effort from his team?
