Just the way I'm familiar with. But some have suggested that he may be looking for someone who specializes in successful run gameplans so he can mesh it with his own ideas. I'm intrigued by that. I think what he wants most is guys who can help him continue to be innovative. The run game failed last year and it wasn't just because of the offensive line. It's because the scheme was failing. That's what got coen and carburry fired imo. If Mcvay can find a run fake oriented understudy and offensive line coach, I'm intrigued by how much it might improve the overall offense.
