I don't know what you'd call this.... other than, it ain't human. NO human, not the most gifted ever born on earth, are capable of this.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Pretty sure I've mentioned that I've never seen HSB.... but I don't know anyone who doesn't rave about how great it is.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Ok... I'm in need of further explanation. Where on your body did these injections take place AND... when telling me... if any particularly sensitive places are involved just skip those. - JamesJMby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
And I am in awe. I think I have them figured out. I took one song - "Rosanna" by Toto - and broke it down... listening to exactly what they were doing. They are NOT playing exactly the same way the original songs were recorded. For example - Jeff Porcaro, Toto's drummer, played one of the most iconic beats in Rosanna ever recorded by a drummer... you won't find a drummer that isby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
but I'm not a fan. Bruce and... is it the "E Street Band"?, were what I refer to as a garage band... a very good garage band but a garage band none the less. I think some of his lyrics are very good.... and his tunes fit movies well.. most notably "Philadelphia". But again, not a fan. I don't think I own a single Bruce song although I probably have a few digitally sby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
the TV version was a huge letdown.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Wasn't fond of them myself although Bosch and Heartland I can't say I 'hate'. Bosch never fit, IMHO... he was into Jazz and that theme song didn't cut it. The only one I had heard before was Bosch; the rest were new to me. Gotta question for ya... for everyone. Opinion of this song. And not that you would not but don't hold back... if you hate it say so.... it was written and performedby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
well, what I mean by that is that I made the attempt. Next Dante Club Social I'll show you the scar. - JamesJMby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
and made the call.... those guys are fantastic! First song I listened to was "Roll With It" by Steve Winwood... (I love Steve Winwood). Super "tight" which always impresses me because so few groups can pull it off. Lot of the 'tight' is done in the lab now (audio editing). 2nd tune I listened was "Ride Like The Wind" by Christopher Cross.. another favoriteby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I hope the next endeavor to see my friends guitar equipment goes as well. Yes, your thought of Mike's drums causing her pain occurred to me as well.... but it sure didn't seem so. I just think her memories of Mike were elsewhere.... in a lot of things, but not his drums.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
and frankly I'm a nervous wreck about it all. Just so many damn questions this off season. When I was younger I would have no doubt considered all those 'questions'... analyzed them... but today I just tend to blank it out and suffer a nervous stomach until the next season begins. :laughingby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
As you know I just recently sold some gear for a good friend. Wife of one of my best friends who passed away a few years ago. She wanted to get rid of all his drum gear.. ALL of it. And she was so anxious to do so she was dang near ready to give it away. That made no sense to me... but people are different. I'm sure she didn't associate 'drums' with her husband the way I did.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
And to have known him, like your son and grandson did? That's gotta be tough. Avalanches.... I'm one of those 'dumb' and 'unaware' types. I only think of avalanches as occurring on the truly huge mountains... like Tahoe, or the Alps in Europe... but even China Peak here near Fresno has avalanche control. I did not know that until my grandson told me about it. THIS year they've REALLY beby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
He certainly was against the Bengals. But the Eagles are not the Bengals... I don't see Mahomes being able to pull off his magic against them. That's a shame, too. Game like this I'm sure we would all want to see both teams at 100%. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
I know a couple of girls, (my sons age and his classmates), that skied competitively in the NCAA..... they formed friendships that carry on to this day. Every winter they'll meet at least once, sometimes more, at a ski resort somewhere in the USA and enjoy a day on the slopes.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
last year... my eyes have been opened to the dangers of skiing/snowboarding. Injuries occur daily... some quite severe... where my grandson works they had a fatality last year. HOWEVER... It's almost always the skier/snowboarders fault... doing something 'not wise'. Although the fatality last year was not... that just a very rare accident where a skier had stopped just below a 'jump' and wby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Damn odd story sstmam's tells.... whatever the answer is it's strange.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Great year for skiers in Calif. this year. Does your grandson get to travel for any events in other countries?by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Some of whom I have not seen since High School... others I see once a decade or so. None I could say were once 'close' friends and YET.... Now, all of us elderly, they 'feel' like close friends. That make sense? Reason for the meeting is not an 'official' reunion.... it's to visit my truly 'close' friend and neighbor whom I mentioned recently and has Parkinson Disease. The stars just hapby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Easy for me to believe that Ram's had a hangover and were not playing well to start the season... and also.... that the injuries made things worse and impossible to recover. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
So much so that other needs, (and some are VERY needed), are taking a back seat.by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
I would not be opposed to that OTHER THAN I believe other options as good exist and don't carry the stench of having an ex-Niner on the roster. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
Doesn't there exist, (considering the unprecedented number of injuries), the distinct possibility of 'overreacting' and thus placing on the chopping block problems that don't actually exist?by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
The Eagles beat the crap out of the Niners. I'll be in a jolly mood watching the SB no matter how the game goes. :laughingby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
that in a year when injuries were, IMHO, so overwhelmingly 'the reason' for what 2022 was that THIS is the year heads roll on McVay's staff. Making it even stranger... I think changes are probably called for. I'm not against the changes. Nothing makes sense to me... that THIS year heads roll on the coaching staff - - - and my attitude that head's rolling is the right move. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
The entire season I gave the Eagles 'almost' no respect. Mostly, (in my defense), because I didn't see them very much and I based my opinion on 'scores' rather than the big picture. To my chagrin - I turned a deaf ear to the many voices saying, "Hey, the Eagles are pretty danged good". And if I'm very very honest - Even today, and after the trouncing of SF, I don't see 'great' inby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
That would make for a good re-watch... I'll have to check on that.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
when it kicked it it would slow you down a little..... so you had to know where to let off. It was the hardest in the turns because with the increased drag of cornering you had to be more precise. If I ever did it again I think I'd take the 'ride' with a driver..... which I'd hate BUT at least that way you could experience closer to high speed. - JamesJMby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
NASCAR. Loved it BUT... it was also the most frustrating thing I've ever done. I wanted to race... they don't allow that. Even passing is by 'permission only'. On the warm up laps I didn't know what to expect.... would the car actually be fast? Well, it sort of was. Faster than the typical passenger car, by a lot... but fast? Nah, not really. They warned us and warned us about makingby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
