I find this odd... Ram's coaching changes....

that in a year when injuries were, IMHO, so overwhelmingly 'the reason' for what 2022 was that THIS is the year heads roll on McVay's staff.

Making it even stranger... I think changes are probably called for. I'm not against the changes. Nothing makes sense to me... that THIS year heads roll on the coaching staff - - - and my attitude that head's rolling is the right move. - JamesJM
