Looking really good for Indy tonight. Heard that he had the dropsies early on in camp, but he seems to have turned that around. Hard to see how he wouldn't have been a target for us had he dropped a few more spots.by ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
(LOL!) Was actually JAMMIN' to the Doobie Bros. earlier today. As I was born in 1970, they were a little ahead of my time. But lyrics ...check that, really good lyrics are timeless and can be appropriate for multiple situations. For example: But what a fool belieeeeeeeeeeeves...he seeeeeeeeeees No wise man has the power...to reason away What seeeeeeeeems...to beeeeeeeeee Is alwaysby ramBRO - Bucky's Pub
QuoteRamgator Please do not take any of my replies as attacks on you guys. I'm just frustrated. I'm good with you, Ramgator. And I'm pretty sure that everyone is frustrated with this situation too. But I appreciate the threads on this issue. They inform me - not just on the virus, but people as well. I'm glad to hear that you're taking a common sense approach to this issue. Yeah...I live in a high-density suburban housing tract of LA County. Sometimes, I literally think I can reach out my window to the neighbor to grab a cup of sugar. But our block really gets into it. People drive up and down the block and get out to walk it. Funny thing, though, our block is a distant second to another one up the street. They went all out a couple of year's ago and got a churcby ramBRO - Bucky's Pub
(LOL!) I actually thought about putting up my lights this week as I have the rest of the week off and we've had unseasonably cool weather (i.e. highs in the low 60's). It typically takes me about 3 - 4 days to get everything up and, invariably, I pick the warmest days to do this which isn't fun). I took a pass on it, though, as I have workers going in and out of the house on a project. Is iby ramBRO - Bucky's Pub
QuoteJamesJM CDC Here's a quote from the article: "The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has been associated with mental health challenges related to the morbidity and mortality caused by the disease and to mitigation activities, including the impact of physical distancing and stay-at-home orders.* Symptoms of anxiety disorder and depressive disorder increased considerably iby ramBRO - Bucky's Pub
QuoteJamesJM that I'm saying you're getting personal with... it's you having some time type of personal and vitriol reaction to anything whatsoever that doesn't fit your opinions on this. You seem to have some real hangup with the term 'lockdown' and wish to so narrowly define it and it's ramifications that you can claim the results that ARE being seen are irrelevant. The CDC is claiming thatby ramBRO - Bucky's Pub
Yeah...the "media" thing kinda came outta left field, huh? IMO, that's a pretty big tip-off that politics has entered (or has always been in) the fray.by ramBRO - Bucky's Pub
If you have a Costco membership, I would recommend purchasing a tree from them. They typically have a decent selection to choose from (both in-store and online). I purchased a fake tree there 5 years ago for about $350. It came with a remote that controlled the LED lights along with a foot switch that did the same. Two years later, the dog got ahold of remote and "chew-toyed" it. As I kby ramBRO - Bucky's Pub
QuoteRampage2K- QuoteramBRO QuoteRampage2K- Quotestlramz Seems like a no brainer to me to pound them until they could prove they could stop us. I didn't like the game plan and I didn't like the empty sets. I don't really recall Goff ever thriving out of empty sets but I don't have the research in front of me just going by memory. QuoteSpeed_Kills <snipped> but of course, he was probably staring down Kupp I would've guessed the same thing, but it appears as though he was eyeing Everett (who never looked back). But if that was the case, there didn't appear to be any communication between the two where Goff alerted to a potential issue.by ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
Both Jackie Slater and Vince Ferragamo had strong opinions on the play. Vince believed that Havs should've have taken Ogbah. But Slater meticulously pointed out that it appeared Havs followed the play call. He said that, when the Rams broke the huddle, the Dolphins showed more defenders at the LOS than the Rams O-line could block. If Goff sensed any problem, he should've checked out of the plby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteDeadpool <snipped> And they certainly do not have the cap to sign a FA QB that will be any better than Goff. If one would even hit the market. Yeah...I don't know if you necessarily need someone better than Goff. But maybe there might be someone better at running McVay's system? Perhaps someone who might only surrender 3 TO's instead of 4? Regardless, if the Rams had an adequby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotemerlin <snipped> He is going to need to be able to win games with his arm at times. If he's only a QB who can throw it when the run game is there, then they made a mistake and will need to reload the position. So for right now McVay has to dial up passes for him and force him to learn or fail. I think McVay has been doing this for a few games now. And I think Goff has beenby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteHazlet Hacksaw What kills me every week is that McVay's job is to put his players in the best position to succeed - he just doesn't do that for Goff - when he gets him in a rhythm early - there arent many Qbs better. When he abandons the run early and starts making Goff wing the ball around - well, you see the mess. I agree Hacksaw...he (Goff) is what he is at this point. I agree with you. With one TO left, I was thinking draw play. But I think McVay had them in an empty backfield. Maybe he called TO before a shift? What a curious sequence.by ramBRO - Game Time Forum
That means Goff WON'T see it on the field. Because he's confused, he's UNABLE to check out of a bad play.by ramBRO - Game Time Forum
