Quotewaterfield Doesn't that mean that other teammates will be quarantined due to "exposure" ? It's possible, but... You have to remember that, unless a player requires physical therapy of some type, I'm not sure anyone is allowed at the training facility. All meetings are supposed to be via Zoom. I also suspect that, when traveling, the players are encouraged to keep physical distby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com

Please tell me what you see/have seen of Haskins that tells you he could be a good NFL QB. I'll admit that I've only seen him play a single year of major college football (which doesn't quite cut it for me). But tell me why you have confidence in his game?by ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills Henderson was moving really good man the Hawks defender just make an excellent play... it happens IMO Jamal Adams is an elite player at his position. Not only did he have the speed to track down Henderson, he took the right angles as well (sometimes more important than overall speed).by ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
Have to (somewhat) assume that we can beat a Cardinal team with a gimpy Murray. Will need a heathy(er) Akers for a potential playoff matchup. What is with Henderson and sprained ankles? Needs to go on IR and have another surgery? Didn't the same thing happen to him last season?by ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteBigGame81 I haven't re-watched the game so I'll try by memory. On 1st and Goal, Van Jefferson was at the top of the screen. The CB was playing so off Jefferson, I was hoping Goff would just throw a quick pass to him. It would've been easy pitch and catch. It's unclear to me how much flexibility McVay allows Goff to freelance, so I won't criticize him (Goff) for not taking that opportuby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com

Quotewaterfield and we've seen his effectiveness when he hasn't been smothered by opposing rushers. Two words: "lights out". Yeah, well... Pass rush has been the Seahags achilles heel all season long. And they weren't the '85 Bears yesterday either. For the most part, Goff had decent protection yesterday. He just played poorly...again.by ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
Quoteramjam79 What if Wolford lights it up against the Cards? Let the debate begin! I think it would be meaningless. No one has seen Wolford play except for a handful of pre-season games...last year. McVay and staff will have some sort of advantage because they know what his strengths (and weaknesses) are. Defensive coordinators will have to play catch-up...some will be quicker than otherby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteRamsDynasty what can it hurt??? If he does well we have a Jalen Hurts situation and can exile Goof to the bench. I fail to see any downside with such an acquisition either. My only question is...what is his game? Is he an accurate passer? Is he a smart football player? Can he lead a team to victory when other elements of the offense isn't firing on all cylinders? Column: Jared Goff Is Jameis Winston West, And That Doesn't Bode Well For Rams By BILL PLASCHKECOLUMNIST DEC. 28, 2020 The truth came roaring down from Seattle like a frigid December wind. The Rams have a championship defense but a clunker quarterback. The Rams are strong enough to bully their way into the playoffs, but their quarterback will ensure they don’t last long. Only for a half-hour, though. Not sure how much football she knows, but Habib realizes that Goff hasn't been playing very well and kept putting Vince on the spot about his play. She keeps making the point that Goff shouldn't be making these poor decisions 5 years into his career. I don't like Marriota, Trubisky, or Dwayne Haskins. And I don't want to go through growing pains with a 2nd/3rd round rookie QB. Tyrod Taylor will, at least, be smart with the ball. But I think he'll be 32 next season. Can't see him growing with McVay. Winston is just as turnover prone as Goff is. Though he comes with his fair share of issues, I think Sam Darnold offers the best true competby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteJamesJM because he was very aware 'turnovers' have been a problem. It was the wrong decision... I don't think Goff can multifunction. (LOL!) When the Rams were on the goal line, I KNEW one of the play calls was going to be a QB sneak. Right before the play, I posted in the Game Time Forum that Goff just had to make sure that he didn't fumble the ball. Well guess what? He fumbled and wby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com

Just clarify... I don't know if I heard the whole Q & A. The Rams' radio station is the same as the Lakers (who will be tipping off shortly) so they might have cut things short. But when they went away from him, the guys hosting the post-game show (including former LB Kirk Morrison) acknowledged that this was par for the course in terms of McVay assuming responsibility. I believe the plays are being called, but I don't believe that: 1) Goff is seeing the field clearly; and/or, 2) he doesn't anticipate separation at the top of the route very well. In both situations, I've observed him to bail on the play in favor of checking down. But if the WR doesn't win immediately, Goff is moving on.by ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
Listening to post-game comments now. Very different from before. Goff was tough playing through injury. Believes Goff was trying to lead Robert Woods upfield on the INT, bit the ball sailed on him. He (McVay) has to do a better job of getting the offense in a position to succeed. Based upon what I heard, McVay wasn't critical of anyone except himself.by ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
