Before Russell Wilson made a "Russell Wilson" type of play. No matter...we're where we need to be. Just continue to play smart on offense.by ramBRO - Game Time Forum

L.A. Times’ Sam Farmer Predicts Winners in 2021 NFL Wild-Card Games L.A. Times’ Sam Farmer examines the wild-card matchups this weekend in the NFL playoffs. Last week 14-2 (.875) to finish the regular season 174-81-1 (.682). Using point spreads with the scores Farmer predicted, the record against the spread would have been 9-7 (.563) to finish the regular season at 131-119-6 (524). Sorry to hear this. I hope the symptoms you and your wife are experiencing remain mild and you recover quickly. Question: Who gets to quarantine in the master bedroom and who gets the garage?by ramBRO - Bucky's Pub
Damn! Another LA icon lost. And I was sooooo hoping that 2021 would get off to a good start.by ramBRO - Bucky's Pub
I think some folks made a deal with the devil. Now, we've got 5 people dead, including a police officer. And, should the murderer(s) be caught, prosecuted and convicted, they too will likely lose their life (either to death penalty or federal prison). Was it worth it? Was he worth it?by ramBRO - Bucky's Pub
Yeah...a few weeks back when a poster mentioned that the Doobie Brothers were being inducted into the Rock & Roll HOF, I noted that, when the right lyrics, music, and singer converge...the result could be timeless.by ramBRO - Bucky's Pub
Quoteroman18 his game is not Wolfords' game....the strengths of Wolford are not in Goff's arsenal..... I understand. Their games are very much different. But, despite the title of my initial comment, I wasn't trying to necessarily suggest that Goff should "learn" anything from Wolford. Rather, I was hoping that, while watching him from the sidelines, Goff could get reacquainted sby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
Now don't get the title of this thread twisted. Despite playing well, Wolford is in no position to teach a doctorate course in NFL quarterbacking. But that doesn't mean that Jared Goff couldn't find himself getting reacquainted with some things that he knows (but has lost touch with recently). To wit: 1) Ball security in and outside of the pocket. Small hands or not, Jared shouldn't be puttby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills so we have talked about how bad the int was and that the safe play was to run look at Higbee with a step on the DB heading towards the end zone that throw is there for Goff and he simply is not reading progressions or willing to let that ball go This is what Jourdan means when she says that the deep shots are in the design but Goff doesn’t look to hit them I don'by ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
You did the right thing by keeping your mask on. The anti-masker at my wife's job (who'd been counseled twice before for not following mask protocol in the office) called in sick over a week ago - Covid. All employees working in his unit (including my wife) were exposed. She received a single test and, thankfully, received a negative result. Now we just hope she didn't receive a false-negaby ramBRO - Bucky's Pub
I saw that too. But all that showed me was how unpredictable/unreliable he is. The reason I say that is because, before that kick, he drilled the kick seconds before (that was negated by the Texans' last second timeout). No problem...just repeat the same motion, right? Nope...doink!by ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
Quote3030 <snipped> I saw Wolford putting the ball in the air before his WR's were open, allowing them to make a play on the ball. Perhaps, but I didn't see a very accurate passer yesterday. Maybe (and likely) that was because that was his first burn in a real game, but I thought most of his passes weren't where they needed to be (most passes to Everett) or were late (1st qtr. bomb tby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotemax Here's a stat that is trending on twitter... Completions of 20-plus yards: Jared Goff in Weeks 11-16: 1 John Wolford in Week 17: 3 I’m not making an argument for Wolford being a starting QB, he’s a nice backup, I’m talking about McVays offense and what’s available in it for a quality starting QB, which is what Goff is supposed to be. I get it. The Rams only scored 9 offensiveby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteRampage2K- <snipped> I hope we win and get the 6th seed so we can play them again in first round Simply put, we're a bad match-up for Seattle. Offensively, where some teams have, they haven't been able to figure out how to stop Donald. He wrecks most everything they try to do and makes Wilson look pedestrian. Defensively, they can't get home with their front four and we shouby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
1) Our defense was really stout on Sunday. Too bad it was wasted. 2) Back to Seattle's goal line stand...instead of going with 3 TE's, McVay should've just brought in a 3rd tackle. As Aikman pointed out, the Seahags ignored the potential of a pass and simply sold out against the run. Our TE's were simply overwhelmed with the physicality of their LB's. 3) Jamal Adams was EVERYWHERE. 4) Yby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
OK, so...pretty much everyone agrees that Goff's INT was likely the play of the game, followed by Seattle's goal line stand (Mundt repeatedly getting blown up). But, if there's such a thing as the "3rd play of the game," it'd have to be Seattle's opening drive of the 2nd half. Seattle picks up a few yards, but they're paying for it as Ram defenders are laying serious hat on all baby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteClassicalwit Goff respects his teammates and coaches. Apparently, when someone in The Washington's Team's administration tried to explain to him how dangerous his going to a strip bar without a mask was to his cancer-surviving head coach, Haskins didn't understand what his coach's cancer had to do with him. He's either a jerk or an imbecile or a combination of both, but none of that is goby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamsDynasty I should change the title of first post to, I want to explore any and all QB options to replace (or at least find competition for) Goff (of whom I have lost faith in). Oh. Well, in that case... - Sam Darnold (would likely cost a 3rd round draft pick) - Tyrod Taylor (not sure what his contract status is) - Marcus Mariotta (good citizen...can't pass) - Jameis Winstonby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
