QuoteOhiorams How many look at this board at least 6 to 7 times a day to get Rams news? I have it open all day at work, and yes at times it creates some "productivity issues!" :confusedby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Great post DZ. I think you narrowed it down to the exact point very well. I agree as well that it seems like the "retention department" needs some attention.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotedroopy I'm really impressed with your memory. Gotta admit the OL surprised me this year. I was really down on Jamon Brown but he played great this past year. Speaking of OL we could use some depth this coming season. LOL. It's really not that good but for some reason I remember those posts of yours. I agree, the OL does need some depth. We got pretty fortunate to not have any injuriesby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotelaram I always felt that the defense was BAD at all levels but never thought they would essentially try and revamp it in one off-season. I guess Wade and McVay subscribe to the rip the bandit off theory. I dunno the free agent pool looks pretty shallow to ME and how much immediate impact can you expect from a rookie in Wade's defense? A lil concerning that they now have holes at corby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteDeadpool Why would he care where Tree goes? In fact, if he wanted to remain with the Rams, this move was almost necessary. Good point.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Like everybody else, I did not see this coming. Man, these guys don't mess around, do they? It's already reminding me of last off season where you could easily see they had a plan and they executed their plan. Clearly, they have a plan this year as well. It's going to be pretty interesting to see what the final product is going to look like! By the way, I think this is a good move, both frby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 Helluva post, RFSLA. Common sense, yet very classy. Well done, sir! Thank you 43, I appreciate that.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotedroopy I still can't believe the Rams tagged Joyner. Watkins is one of the best receivers in football. To all of those who want to look at last year's stats he led the Rams receivers with 8 TDs. Instead the Rams tag a player who has done absolutely nothing until last year. I do remember on Hard Knox Joyner getting upset and walking off. I've noticed some posts about Watkins signing with Sanby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteLos Angeles Lenny And give Peyton Manning a blank check, look how fast the 49 er s have turned it around with Lynch So, your logic is that Lynch, in his first year as the Whiners GM, has already turned them around. Therefore, firing Demoff, who is not a GM, and hiring Manning to replace him is going to turn it around quickly just like Lynch did??? Wait...didn't we already go from 4-12 toby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteRams43 Quotedzrams QuoteRams43 I don’t get the quandary. I think the quandary is value of positions. S is simply less valuable than a WR. If they both had elite production last year it wouldn't even be close that Watkins would get the tag. Also, ease of replacing adds to the quandary. If we're judging by the past 10 years, finding a WR with an elite skill set is very difficult toby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com

It might mean they really like one of the edge guys at #23. Let's face it, with Quinn out and Barwin not exactly what he used to be if he stays and out if he goes, I'd say we're hurting on the edges now. I'm sure they have a plan though...right? :Sby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills I mean I know it’s business but yet another guy that out in the work... put in the time with a team that wasn’t very good around him. Now that they are good he doesn’t get to stay and enjoy the success. Part of me wants Quinn to stay I know what you mean Speed, I feel the same way. QuoteRams43 QuoteLos Angeles Lenny With me, I think he over pays, I guarantee we could not trade Tree or Barron either because of their lopsided contracts. This just in... Snead doesn’t negotiate contracts. Never has. I've pointed that out to those that have an axe to grind about Snead as well, but it never seems to register. I agree with your stance on integrity Rock. But whether or not McDaniels is unethical (he is), I think the rule change makes sense for both teams and coaches. I bet the old rule has at times limited the opportunities for coaches on playoff teams over the years. And of course teams will be protected now as you know McDaniels wouldn't be the last one to renege on a verbal agreement. All IMO ofby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotestlramz Jimmy G was just toying with him. In fact, every time JG throws less than 100% completion, its because he just wants to fit in in the locker room. In fact, I heard that he when Jimmy G swims in the ocean, the put all the sharks in steel cages so they don't get hurt. I heard when Jimmy G was 5 years old, he killed two stones with one bird. Don't take it personally my friend! Anyway, to put in my two cents, I pretty much agree with everything you said, except I'm not so sure about that 70% "Quinn is gone" prediction. Yes his contract is prohibitive and his best days are probably behind him, but who else would you put there if they cut him or trade him? QuoteFirecap In an article stating that he was a waste of money at 37 million over 2 year when he only made 30.7 million, heck he's only made 34.5 million over all 6 years with the Rams. Quotegovane QuoteRamsdude why do you think they have not connected on these throws? Many have mentioned before... But my guess is that Goff is coached to only focus on a part of the field and not reading the whole field. And he's probably going to focus more on the side where his friends (Higbee and Kupp) are. Quotelaram Quotegovane A couple more. The first still Watkins is not open he's still in his route and not looking for the ball, If it was a deep dig or he sat down in the hole he would have been.
