The first still Watkins is not open he's still in his route and not looking for the ball, If it was a deep dig or he sat down in the hole he would have been.
So I wouldn't count that one.
But the second still......

No kidding. He's open all day for an easy TD. From these stills it looks like Goff isn't even looking Sammy's way and if he's only reading quarters or halves, then doesn't that tell us that Sammy isn't the 1st or 2nd read?
