It would not connect on the app on my Apple TV. All I got was a spinning loading circle that never connected. I had to connect my phone app to Apple TV to watch the game. I do not like the hassle to watch a game. And like many have already shared, I believe this will be the future in order to separate us from more of our money.by Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamsdude QuoteRamgator Seems like there was a lot of sloppy play by many teams. Some teams (Chiefs) are on cruise control already. But overall, aside from it being week #1, there was a LOT of sputtering. Yup, this past week was as sloppy as I have ever seen. If it continues and good teams start losing games to start the season, I think we might see a change in philosophy coming. IMO, plby Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com

This is the one training camp day I am able to attend this year. It was a Beautiful day in Irvine. Perfect weather for players and fans. I have attended each training camp since our beloved Rams returned to their rightful home. Oh my how things have changed! The first year back, there were not that many fans that attended TC during the week. There were a bunch of old timer Rams fans those fby Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com
Quoteden-the-coach He's exactly how I would be. Can we move up? A 6th is not much, we really need this guy because he will start. Pretty much sums up who's the starting RG don't you think. Loved it. Is it just me or does McVay look more relaxed, younger, or a load off his back. Boy Genius is a heavy title to carry. Hope he is able to enjoy his success more now!by Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamsdude QuoteJimYoungblood53 my guess is he played with a tweaked back this year. not a huge injury, a nagging-type. But that is just a guess. He did have a "bad" back this year but I think the "procedure" he had was on his elbow. That might explain some of his under throws last year. Agreed! There were many posts pondering the lack of arm strength on some oby Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com

let's say we sign the Badger and Gilmore (if? or when?)- Yes! we will have on paper an amazing D (and Offense). My concern is--- What about a quality backup QB? I would hate to see all of the talent being signed by our beloved Rams to ride on Keeping Stafford healthy for the entire year. I know he has a great track record of health or playing hurt, but why not sign a quality Veteran who couldby Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com
The refs tuck their flags away and let the Bengals OL hold and tackle our DL.by Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSoCalRAMatic We have a substantial advantage with our DLine against their OL. They gave up 9 sacks versus the Titans. I know, somehow they win, but with AD, Von, Floyd and Gaines bearing down on Burrow we'll see if he stands talk throwing strikes or borrows. If the refs do not throw the flag like this last weekend, that allows the OL to hold and tackle the DL. May not be much of an advantby Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com

This was bugging me so much that I stayed up last night to rewatch the game. This missed call changed the momentum of the game. 4th and inches and Stafford got stuffed- As so it appeared. Check out these pics and see that D.J.Jones-DT has a hold of Stafford's face mask and is pulling down and back to keep Stafford from advancing. Because of this missed call, the 9ers went down and scored to Kby Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteAtlantic Ram We are all wondering what is going on. But some of his deep throws have been spectacular too. I think it may have something to do with being able to step into the throw at times but an injury would make sense. He has taken some huge shots. That is what is so perplexing about Stafford. He throw lasers up to 40 yards, then he has those floaters like a zeppelin landing. I didby Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com
Like most on this board, I am very happy with Stafford and the results he has led us to. I am wondering though if he has some injury we are not being told about. His throws over 40 yds have been falling woefully short in the last few games. I mean not even close to the the receiver. Did I miss news about an injury? He was suppose to have one of the strongest arms in the league when we tradedby Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com
I believe if you watch that play back in slow motion, you see a 9er holding Stafford's face mask and pulling him down and back to keep from pushing forward for the 1st down. That would have been a momentum changer if called.by Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com
Watch the replay of that play and you will see that a 49er has a hold of Stafford's face mask all the way to the ground. If a ref was watching they had to see the face mask- but of course no call. And then McVay uses a TO challenge obvious short.by Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com
Our secondary is playing great the last two weeks. Weddle and Scott have stepped in to solidify a porous secondary. Is it Weddle making sure everyone is in the correct place or is it Scott being in the right place and making the best of his chance to play. What ever it is, our db's are playing tight and laying the wood when the catch is made. That extra time the opposing qb must hold the ballby Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com
Word is Rapp is returning this week. The way that Scott has played these last two weeks, there is no way Rapp sees the field unless there is an injury or a quick breather. Scott has been great the last two weeks. Weddle has made sure everyone is in the correct spot to do their job. Db's have been playing much better with Rapp out. Gronk is the one who scares me. When he gets it going, he and Brady start making all the big plays. What is your game plan for Evans and Gronk?by Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com
This week, our strategy was to contain Murray in pocket and watch it collapse. This week, we must create pressure up the middle and make the old man move. I agree, we must play these receivers close. He has two big targets in Gronk and Evans. Can Morris dial up another good game plan? The O must be patient and take what is given. No pick 6's please.by Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com
I don't remember the exact year in SL, but Fischer fired or let go Josh McDaniels at end of season and he rejoined the Patriots for another superbowl run. He continues to this day as the OC. Why not bring in Vic Fangio now as a consultant and get ready for his D next year. I know many will talk about the chaos and friction with Morris, but he is one I would want running my D as DC in the futurby Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com
Our GM is responsible to find talent. He likes to take credit for big name guys that cost in draft picks. Where is the depth of talent that you see on other teams? Do our coaches lack that much confidence in our reserves that they are willing to risk Donald and Gaines? I think coaches and front office are to blame.by Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com
Thanks Albany! I can always count on you with the stats. Gaines and Donald had way too many snaps yesterday. No wonder they were gassed after the first two drives. No way we can sustain good run D with only 4 DL playing all the snaps. A lot of back and forth as to wether Morris is to blame or player execution for our D this year. This one is completely on Morris for not rotating DL to keepby Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com
I think I have read every topic on how bad the Defense, Offense, Coaches and players were yesterday. I don't have the stats, but it sure looked like Donald, Gaines, and Robinson played almost every Rep. They were obviously gassed after being blown off the ball the whole second half. Were the other DLinemen injured or did I just not see them take reps? Last year, I thought Donald and others roby Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteAlbaNY_Ram You might think so. But, no. The Rams pushed a lot of salary out of 2021 and into 2022 and beyond because they had so much dead money in 2021. For example ... Donald's salary this year is $1.9M. Next year it's essentially $14.25 ($5M roster bonus plus $9.25M salary). Ramsey makes $1.5M this year, $15M next year. Woods makes $2.5M this year, $13.5M next year ($3.5Mby Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteAlbaNY_Ram Nope. All the dead money for Goff ($24.7M) and Gurley ($8.4M) come off the books after this year. Thanks! So, won't this money make it easier to keep a few of these players and maybe a free agent or two?by Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteAlbaNY_Ram I use overthecap for salary and cap data and their numbers for Whit are similar. $4M salary in 2021 but $7.5M(!) in 2022 ... plus a $5.5M roster bonus(!!!). That $13M the Rams will owe Whit in 2022 under the current terms of his deal. And combined with $1.67M in prorated bonus his cap hit is $14.67M next year. The Rams can indeed save $13M of that if he retires or is cut. (Thby Ramsfan1971 - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteRamgator Morris needs to go. Does anyone here REALLY trust what he is doing? I sure as hell do not! The Rams HAVE to score 30+ to have any chance. For crying out loud, we have the best DL guy since....maybe forever. We have a shut down DB and other darn good talent. But they look VERY VERY lame. Oh, we can still win 10-12 games.
