Our GM is responsible to find talent. He likes to take credit for big name guys that cost in draft picks. Where is the depth of talent that you see on other teams? Do our coaches lack that much confidence in our reserves that they are willing to risk Donald and Gaines? I think coaches and front office are to blame.
