during my bathroom remodel, I was gonna hire a local guy to refinish the tub.. I hear his commercial on radio ten time a day.. I called that dude several times.. he answered ONE time, while driving to a job.. said he'd call me when he got to the job site, because he didn't wanna talk on the phone.. Never called me back..

I called him back.. no answer.. no answer for 6 days.. called his company line: no answer, left message after message.. no return call.. I go to his web site and send him AT LEAST 3 emails about my job.. no reply..

After two weeks of being blown off, I decided to do it myself with this stuff called Ekopel.. $130 for the materials, the walls were out, the floor was out, nothing was in the bathroom to make it more difficult.. Was able to disconnect the drain, so the excess poured right out.. it was child's play to refinish the tub and it came out beautiful.. still looks beautiful today..

I kep hearing is commercials, so I left a google review of how poor his service was, thinking he'd see it and beg me to remove it.. its still up today - years later.. That moron has never contacted me.. I'm tempted to do another review and put the name of the product I used - no need for people to go through what I went through when refinishing your tub is SO easy...
