Still don't have our freezer

At the moment, I'm livid because our new freezer hasn't been delivered yet. We bought it Tuesday and the freezer was on site. The guy says, we'll bring the freezer around front so you can load it up and take it. I said... uh, we're driving a sedan. We're gong to need you guys to deliver it and pick up the old one when you do.
We were told they were going to TRY and deliver it on Wednesday but we'd get a call Tuesday night. Well, we got no call Tuesday night. Wednesday about 4:45 pm the delivery driver calls and says "we've got your freezer and we'll be there in 20 minutes". I said WAIT. You guys were supposed to give us a little notice. We've got a freezer full of food and it needs to be emptied first. The driver says, "well, we're going to take the freezer back to the store and see if we can bring it on Thursday". We bought coolers and tons of ice and set about dumping everything out of the old freezer so it would be ready to go for a Thursday pick up. Nobody called Wednesday night about a delivery and we didn't get the freezer on Thursday. . I called the store and they said the trucks were full and maybe we'll get it on Saturday. Ok, fine... then I should have gotten a call tonight. I didn't. So I called the store and they told me I'd have to talk to delivery and they gave me an 800 number. I called that number I called the delivery number and they said they don't show us as scheduled for any future delivery. WHAT THE H????? They said I'd have to call the store and arrange for another delivery. So I called Lowe's again and the lady I talked to said she'd talk to the manager and have him call me as soon as he was done with another customer to see if it's ok if they deliver it on Sunday. I told her listen, lady... I just want my freezer. Sunday is fine! I'm still waiting for somebody to call me back to confirm that we're going to finally get our freezer on Sunday. I've been waiting about 45 minutes. I'm about to call AGAIN!!!
Needless to say, I'm just a wee bit irritated at this point. We had to throw everything away and it was a LOT of food.
Update: I called Lowe's back an hour after I called the first time because the manager never DID call me. I had to call 4 times before I got a human being. The guy I talked to said the freezer is scheduled for delivery on Sunday. Yeah... we'll see..
