Ac window unit in the living room.. I do remember hanging a towel or sheet over the door to the dining room in order to lessen the are needed to be cooled down.. We also had harsher winters than you'd expect in Texas and only had one floor unit in the living room, so on super cold nights we slept in the living room.. we'd wake up before school and just stand over the floor heater to warm up.. Funny how you can look back on that fondly, when, in reality, it wasn't very cool..
