Hope it’s a hasty recovery. I only know a few people who have had procedures done on their heart. Given my family history I wouldn’t be surprised if I am in the same boat someday. You don’t have to answer this question, but why did you choose the stents over the bypass? Please don’t take that question as a criticism, because it is a question that is based in ignorance. I honestly don’t know why one choice might be better than the other.
I’m no expert on anything related to health, I only know what has helped me, so take this with a grain of salt, but have you tried meditation for dealing with stress? I exercise daily and sometimes that is all I need to relieve any stress, but there are days when meditation also helps a great deal.
