Gotta heal first and then regroup. Right now, you are sore, not feeling immortal at all, drained physically and mentally and PROBABLY not looking forward to a diet of what seems like rice cakes and celery sticks. Like Mama said...You will find your groove, diet wise, eventually. Between that and exercise worked in, you'll get back into life and will be diving off stages after epic solos! One day at a time.
