Shutting down is a local decision. The shut downs came early and are over. I WAS SAYING NO ONE IS CALLING FOR SHUT DOWNS
NOW.
Here, everything is open. Everything. And that's true of places all over the country. Restaurants have had to switch to curbside but are open.
No. One. Is. Arguing. For. Shutting. Down.
The PROBLEM is people not following the protocols--masking, etc .And THAT is what BOTH common sense AND science says.
