Yeah we get some serious storms here..

in Texas.. Some times - especially late at night - if a storm hits, it literally makes you think its the end of the world with the nonstop lightning, huge thunder, massive winds and alerts/alarms going off everywhere.. Then the next day, you clean up the debris.. However, we get so many tornado warnings here that we practically don't even pay attention to them anymore.. I was a tornado spotter for about 8 years - totally awesome experience.. never saw one, but holy cow I got obliterated in the storms as I was required to be outside and, quite often, on rooftops and whatnot.. Nowadays whenever the tornado sirens go off, I always jump on the roof with a camera - old habits die hard.. lol
