I do want to give a shout out to the power company

and all those guys that work on the powerlines.................everywhere

as several towns lost power , , heck , we had two power lines torn down just a block from my house , we were only out of power for about three hours ,

I thought for sure we would be without power for atleast the rest night , so as the wife was getting all the candles and stuff out for the evening as it got to the point it was to dark in the house to go without any longer

the power came back on

I was pretty amazed

especially , here in the winter , sub zero temps , blizzard conditions , can barely see the hand in front of your face , those guys are out in the dark , in the freezing cold , in the middle of nowhere , oftentimes , restoring power to all parts of the country

those guys earn their paycheck , and I would just like to give them a big thanks for what they do
