Because my sense of smell SUCKS! LOL I blame many years of Testors model glue! But like the other day with Dinner, about a month ago, I suddenly smelled Old Spice and then BAM...It's 1974 and we are in the Motel in Orlando, about to go to Disney for the first time. My Dad wore Old Spice a lot.
Speaking of Testors glue...The smell of that sometimes triggers a memory of me TRYING to help my Brother when he was away at Summer School and I added MORE glue to the engine of his Starship Enterprise that would NOT dry properly. I think all I did was soften the plastic. I was probably 5 years old.
