a time when overalls were all the rage. I'm NOT doubting you at all... and maybe that happened here as well - - I just don't remember it.
I do remember some would don a pair of overalls just to be 'different' but that wasn't common.
But while we're speaking of fashion here's one I cannot wrap my brain around... men who think any type of pants, ANY, other than jeans are more comfortable than jeans. I have worn Levis, Wranglers, SOME type of jeans my entire life.... from birth thru grammar school, high school, college, had my wife not thrown a hissy fit I would have worn them at my wedding. - JamesJM
