Sure, there is Italy, Austria, Switzerland..... they are a castles and manors and halls with moats.... BUT....
Then there is mussels and beer at "The Belgian Monk" in Norwich, UK.... one of the top 3 meals I've ever eaten in my life. And the beer... brewed by actual Belgian Monks... used to be ranked #1 in the world (haven't checked lately) and deservedly so!
By the way.... my top 3 all time best restaurant meals, in no particular order:
1. Venice (forget the name of the restaurant) and I think they served every food known to man. Pork, Fish, Lamb, Beef, Goat, every pasta known.
2. Again, forget the name - Tokyo, Japan... no idea what ANY of the dishes were only that each one was to die for.
4. Mentioned above.. Mussels and the Belgian Monk in Norwich.
