We all heard a noise during the tornado alert that confused it. Had sort of the rumble of thunder but that was the only similarity. It was steady, not getting louder or quieter.... same volume and constant. I can't imagine that was thunder from lightening but what else? The wind? Is that possible? If this cloud I describe was spinning at who know...200mph? Would the wind itself make a sound similar to thunder?
