I think the alert came By Amber Alert? I do have a service for emergency situations, like floods, but it didn't warm me. So I'm guessing it was the Amber Alert because it's the only other alert system I'm aware of that could have noticed me... unless....
Maybe they have an emergency system that can send an alert to all cell phones? - JamesJM
