Crab won't put on any weight by itself. It's the butter and condiments. and the alcohol that will do it. Unfortunately, the best tasting crab now does not come from our shores in Calif. Water too warm. The best is from Washington and Alaska but its not Dungeness (the best tasting IMO ). Everything changes. We adapt.
