VERY near. Bought it maybe 10 years ago as a "fixer-upper". They are thinking of selling it because it's not the same today as it was when they bought it.
It's not 'horrible' today.... but he tells me the last ten years have seen a big increase in crime. According to him 10 years ago they felt safer there than here at home... that's no longer true.
