Well, you're naturally slim....

overweight to you is what? 5lbs maybe? Since my heart attack some years back it's been a struggle for me... no energy, and horrible weight gain.

I don't weigh myself but at the start of this year I know for a fact I was the heaviest I've ever been... VERY overweight. Got started on this current diet, ummmmmmm, 5 weeks ago? Maybe 6. It's hell, Greg.... not just staying on the diet but at my age the pounds are stubborn and don't want to come off.

I'm hoping that when my body realizes I'm not going to stop dieting it will finally give up and evict the fat.

And before anyone who reads this starts giving me diet advice... (every person alive has the secret to dieting)....I'm doing what has worked for me in the past.... small portions, low calorie food, exercise... and i'm sticking to it.
