My only story to add to the Vai/Macchio thing was the red guitar Vai used in the movie disappeared and a journalist went out on a quest to find it - and did.. Also, a couple of Vai's custom guitars from the DLR days were stolen and the main one was found in an attic in Mexico, I believe.. in mint condition..

Yikes, shooting pics of my guitars will be a bit of a challenge.. I have pics of some of them, but not all of them.. I'll see if I can post them when I get home if I get a chance..
